Designed as an auxillary dwelling unit, a satelite house where the owner can rent out the principal dwelling and use the above structure for living. The most fascinating thing about the design is that it is built on only 609 sq.ft ground coverage and aims to minimize the corner negative space of the site into a habitable space. The residence focuses on simplicity, functionality, and elimination of heavy unecesssary ornamentation. The design encourages mindful and intentional approach, where each element serves a purpose and contributes to the overall asthetic and functionality of a space. The white textured wall, serves as an empty canvas where the wood, metal, terra cotta tiles and bricks express there richness of colors blending with the overall 3D.
