The Residential Apartment in Chhauni would house four apartments, each designed with a traditional touch but with modern sophistication. Third floor would be used by the landlord where as the terrace would have space for economy boosting activities like gym (for tenanats) and a private bar (landlord). The groundfloor would be more of a public area with an open hall space for multi purpose activities and would have access towards the 45’ wide garden space making it function better during parties. The basement parking in this project has contributed to directly increase the garden area where the design becomes more functional to support the more public oriented ground floor space.
